Human 1 must love me very much too because she gets very funny about things when she sees me in the road.
Tonight I was perfectly fine and crossing the road, when Human 1 screamed at this car. It was miles away, but she screamed "mind my cat!: (That's me!)
The car stopped and I crossed like the royalty I am, but really, I think the car was a long way away to start with and that Human 1 was making a big fuss.
I do know how she feels though. Ever since I was a kitten I have been following Human 1 when I go out. I used to try to be helpful and get on the bus, but they would not let me.
It is good for Humans to look after cats and cats to care for Humans and I like mine very much. I am sitting on her now dictating this and she says she is very glad I am there and not a squashed in the road cat.

ReplyDeleteOh, I am so glad you are not a squashed in the road cat! I am not allowed to go near the road. Do be careful. It would be very hard to dictate your posts if you were squashed.

DeleteMy predecessor Ratbag used to love playing chicken with cars. He was almost a squashed cat a couple of times.
